 In the room temperature control of radiator heating, the radiator temperature control valve can be used to stop the control, the manual temperature control valve with better resistance characteristics can be used to stop the control. The advantage of radiator thermostatic valve control is that it can better use "waste heat" to achieve the purpose of energy saving, at the same time, it can prevent users tedious repeated adjustment.  

 1. Task principle classification of radiator thermostatic valve: radiator thermostatic valve is composed of thermostatic controller valve body. Its task principle is that the user rotates the thermostat to the desired set temperature. When the indoor temperature exceeds the set temperature, the external temperature components (external temperature sensing medium) of the thermostat will be heated shrunk, thus increasing the volume. Keep the valve closed, increase the water flow to the radiator, make the room temperature reach the set temperature. When the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the temperature will be reduced the volume will be reduced. The return spring in the spool pushes the stem back to open the valve adds water flow to the radiator until the room temperature reaches the set value.   

2. Constant temperature control: according to the position of the thermostat, the thermostat can be divided into built-in thermostat short-range thermostat. Because the air temperature around the temperature kit is felt, the conditioning of the temperature regulating valve is also caused by the volume change of the temperature kit, so the position of the temperature kit is very important about the correct use of the temperature control valve. In most cases, when it is necessary to regulate the indoor temperature of the room the set of radiator is located, the built-in temperature regulating valve should be used. In some specific conditions, for example, the radiator of this group is blocked by the radiator cap, the temperature control valve is located in the cap. Perhaps there are other hot (cold) sources within a short distance of the temperature control valve, for example, the temperature package feels that part of the low temperature is around, rather than the accurate room temperature, so the short-range thermostat should be used. In some special fragmentary items, such as horizontal single pipe downstream fragmentary items, only one group of radiators can be equipped with temperature control valves, users can adjust the temperature of living room main bedroom. You can also use the split type temperature control valve to put the temperature sensor in the living room master bedroom to collect its temperature to stop conditioning.
