Temperature control valve is widely used in building automation control system such as urban heating, air supply, air conditioning refrigeration. The temperature control valve is used to complete the temperature control of the car, which can only save energy horizontally, but also meet the room temperature of different users at a certain level.  

一、The working principle of the temperature control valve is to control the outlet temperature of the control equipment by controlling the inlet flow of the heat exchanger, air conditioning unit other hot cold equipment as well as the secondary hot (cold) medium. When the load changes, the valve opening is changed to regulate the flow, so as to eliminate the influence of load fluctuation restore the temperature to the set value.  

二、 Temperature control valve is divided into manual automatic two kinds.  

The manual temperature control valve usually uses the screw to lift the valve core, the rotation of the handle changes the screw displacement of the valve core to the linear displacement.  

The temperature box automatically regulates the automatic temperature control valve to change the amount of hot water passing through the radiator. When the room temperature is lower than the set value, the valve will automatically turn over ( gradually add) the radiator to heat the room until the room temperature reaches the set value. When the room temperature drops, the temperature sensor assembly will contract, causing the valve to gradually close ( close), the radiator will slow down ( stop heating).  

三、 Characteristics product structure of temperature control valve

四、 How to set the temperature adjustment device:

1.Install the temperature control valve on the intake pipe of the radiator through the connecting screw;

2. The temperature control valve shall be installed in the room to directly contact with the air, the temperature control valve shall be placed in the heating cover;

3. Because it will affect the vertical device of the temperature control valve, it is necessary to install the temperature regulator head degree device, so as to fully feel the heat energy of the surrounding environment, so as to ensure the normal operation;

4. When installing the sensor: adjust the shell scale to 5, then open the valve. Then put it on the valve body, align it with the position, tighten the coupling cap in time;

5. Now you can rotate the conditioning coat to set the required room temperature between * - 5;

6. It is recommended to set the weight scale when you go to bed in the morning;

7. It is recommended to set the scale when you go out ventilate;

8. It is usually heated; 9. It is very heated.
