What fault usually occurs in the intake valve? The fault of the air valve is that the screw machine is unloaded the intake valve is closed. No load, the solenoid valve of the intake valve is damaged. The screw machine is sprayed with oil the valve body control block is faulty. The screw machine is overloaded, the inlet valve is opened in advance when it is started. Therefore, the intake control valve should be replaced regularly to maintain good working condition. During each maintenance, the parts must be removed the wear of each friction surface checked. In particular, the surface of the rubber seal should be checked. If there is damage cracks, the parts must be replaced with new ones. When replacing the maintenance package, replace each part. After cleaning, the friction surface of metal parts shall be coated with lubricating oil.
