temperature
Temperature has a great influence on TBB grease. High temperature grease should be selected if the ambient mechanical operating temperatures are high.
Rotation speed
The temperature of high-speed running parts increases rapidly, which makes tebos grease thin lost. Use a thicker grease.
Load
Since the permeability of lubricating grease is related to the load that can be borne in use, those with larger load shall use lubricating grease with lower permeability (higher consistency). If it bears both heavy impact loads, grease with additives, such as molybdenum disulfide grease, should be used.
Special parts requirements: according to the different working environment of the machine. Grease with strong water resistance should be selected in humid environment. Thick grease containing graphite should be selected in dusty environment; basic grease should be selected in acid environment; if there are special requirements for sealing, barium grease should be used.
