Repair method:

1. When the electric vehicle brush controller does output 

(1) set the multimeter to 20 wheels (DC), then first measure the high potential low potential of the brake rod output signal. 

(2) if the potential of the brake lever signal changes more than 4V when the brake lever is pressed, the brake lever fault can be eliminated. 

(3) then, according to the common function table of the common controller of the brush controller, use the measured voltage value of the main control logic chip to conduct circuit analysis, check that the marks on the surface of peripheral devices (resistance, capacitance, diode) of each chip the value of components are consistent. 

(4) finally, check whether peripheral equipment integrated circuit has fault. You can eliminate the fault by replacing the same model of equipment.

 2. When the brush free controller of the electric vehicle has no output at all. 

(1) please refer to the main phase inspection measurement diagram of the brush free motor controller, use a multimeter with 50V DC voltage to detect whether the grid voltage of the 6-channel MOS tube corresponds to the rotation angle of the handle. 

(2) if the PWM circuit MOS tube drive circuit in the controller is correctly described as faulty. 

(3) refer to the main phase inspection diagram of the brushless controller, measure whether there is a corresponding relationship between the voltage of the input output pins of the chip the rotation angle of the handle, judge which chip is faulty, replace the same type of chip to eliminate the fault.

3. When the power supply of the brush control unit of the electric vehicle is abnormal 

(1) the internal power supply of the electric vehicle controller usually uses the three terminal voltage regulator integrated circuit. Different kinds of controllers generally use 7805, 7806, 7812 7815 three terminal voltage stabilizing integrated circuits, their output voltages are 5V, 6V, 12V 15V respectively. 

(2) set the DC voltage of the multimeter to 20V (DC), put the black red pens of the multimeter on the black red lines of the handle, observe whether the reading of the multimeter is consistent with the nominal voltage, the upper lower limit voltage of the difference between the two should exceed 0.2V. 

(3) otherwise, the internal power supply of the controller fails. In general, the brush controller can be eliminated by replacing the three terminal voltage regulator IC. 

4. When the brushless controller of electric vehicle is out of phase

By referring to the troubleshooting method of the brush controller, the power supply brake handle of the electric vehicle brush controller can be preliminarily eliminated. For the brushless controller, there are also unique fault phenomena, such as phase loss. The lack of phase phenomenon of the electric vehicle brushless controller can be divided into the main lack of phase hall lack of phase. 

(1) for the detection method of the main phase missing phase, refer to the troubleshooting method of the flying speed of the electric vehicle brush controller to detect whether the MOS tube is damaged. The fault of the MOSFET of the bldcontroller is that the next pair of MOSFET breaks down at the same time in a certain phase, so the MOSFET must be replaced at the same time. Check the measuring points. 

(2) the lack of hall phase of the brushless controller for electric vehicles means that the controller can recognize the hall signal of the motor.
