1.Different thickness of air inlet: the air inlet of compressor is thick, the air outlet is thin.
2. Different instruments are connected: the air inlet is connected with evaporator ( gas-liquid separator), the air outlet is connected with condenser.
3. Different temperature: low temperature of air inlet, high temperature of air outlet.
4. Different valve seat: the valve seat of suction valve is outside the cylinder, while the valve seat of exhaust valve is inside the cylinder. Other parts are assembled according to the valve seat position.
Use a screwdriver to check when judging. For the suction valve, the screwdriver can open the valve plate the outside of the valve; for the exhaust valve, the screwdriver can open the valve plate the inside of the valve.

The intake valve is composed of valve body, rotary check valve, butterfly valve control cylinder.
The rotary check valve is equipped with counterweight fluororubber sealing ring. When the compressor is started up, the main engine inhales air. Because of the pressure difference, the check valve opens rapidly. When the compressor is stopped, the pressure difference is lost, controlled by the counterweight, the check valve can be closed quickly tightly in time, so as to ensure that there is no shutdown oil discharge. The opening closing of the butterfly valve are controlled by the control cylinder according to the piston extension length of the control cylinder , the butterfly valve opens closes, thus adjusts the compressor air intake quantity.
